Timelines vary based on the complexity of the role. For high-volume roles like warehouse associates or assemblers, we often have a slate of candidates ready within 24–48 hours. For specialized technical or administrative roles, the process typically takes a few days to a week to ensure a high-quality match.

Every candidate undergoes a rigorous vetting process that includes:

1. Skills Assessment: Verifying technical proficiencies (e.g., CNC operation, software skills).

2. Safety Briefing: Site-specific safety training and awareness.

3. Compliance: 100% E-Verify and I-9 documentation.

We stand by our “Perfect Fit” guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a placement within the first 4 hours of their shift, notify us immediately. We will replace the worker and you will not be charged for those initial hours.
