Frequently Asked Questions
For Employers: Building Your Team
We provide a full suite of workforce solutions, including:
Temporary Staffing: For short-term projects, seasonal peaks, or coverage for leaves.
Temp-to-Hire: A “try before you buy” model that lets you evaluate a worker’s performance and fit before making a permanent offer.
Direct Hire: We handle the recruiting and vetting for your permanent, full-time leadership or specialized roles.
Timelines vary based on the complexity of the role. For high-volume roles like warehouse associates or assemblers, we often have a slate of candidates ready within 24–48 hours. For specialized technical or administrative roles, the process typically takes a few days to a week to ensure a high-quality match.
Every candidate undergoes a rigorous vetting process that includes:
Skills Assessment: Verifying technical proficiencies (e.g., CNC operation, software skills).
Safety Briefing: Site-specific safety training and awareness.
Compliance: 100% E-Verify and I-9 documentation.
Reference Checks: Verifying past performance, reliability, and work ethic.
We stand by our “Perfect Fit” guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a placement within the first 4 hours of their shift, notify us immediately. We will replace the worker and you will not be charged for those initial hours.
For Job Seekers: Finding Your Next Role
